SharePlus is a completely integrated chat function into the Jira collaboration platform. With this plug-in all teams are able to run their communication completely in Jira. The option to make the communication public or private is given and with the this team can decide if an information is valuable for the topic and make it public can be done with one click. As well the possibility to switch between the view of communication to a person or a topic is given. By using this plug-in our company made the communication between teams far more effective compared to email communication. The support by kyona, if an issue appears, is always quick and very professional.
