    The entire plugin is based on the reporter of the JIRA ticket. Not really want we need. If I could give it a lower rating, I would.

    I think the CRM application is left to the third party to develop more appropriate, the official focus on the software platform infrastructure.

    Ran into a bug, but after contacting support, they had a fix out in half a day. After that it worked perfectly for both Service Desk & Jira Software tickets. I wish it allowed Jira users to edit customer contact info without leaving Jira, but I'm willing to bet that is a limitation of the Salesforce API.

    Installation

    1. Log into your Jira instance as an admin.
    2. Click the admin dropdown and choose Add-ons. The Find new apps or Find new add-ons screen loads.
    3. Locate Jira Cloud for CRM (Official).
    4. Click Install to download and install your app.
    5. You're all set! Click Close in the Installed and ready to go dialog.
