ControlFreak - Commit Checks and Jira Hooks for Bitbucket

Excellent commit checker that allows us to enforce commit linting/discipline. Especially useful that we can enforce JIRA-linked naming conventions on commits and branches. Loads of options and features, and hugely flexible. Configurations can be applied globally, per project, or per repository, to allow for the personal preferences of every flavor of dev lead. Also, very responsive support team! Of the two issues we had over 5 years, both were responded to within an hour of raising them.

Control Freak is a great tool for keeping your Bitbucket commits. It helps enforce commit rules, link issues, and keep everything running smoothly. It’s easy to set up and does exactly what you need without overcomplicating things.

We had this app on the server and we are planning to use it now on our new cloud environment.
