DO NOT USE!!! This is not free. You have to create an account with 8X8 and this account is not cheap. Moreover trying to talk to a person on the phone (ironically, since they provide a phone service) is near impossible. Atlassian should remove this from their marketplace. They are not what they appear to be. Someone needs to develop a real phone connector for Jira Service Desk.
