It is a very good application and provides a useful and well-structured solution for managing our content and documentation. Some features that could be further improved are: Workflows - could be expanded to support user-defined states or phases, allowing organizations to tailor the workflow to their specific content review and approval processes. Additionally, having automated notifications for reviewers and approvers at relevant workflow stages would improve visibility, reduce delays, and make the overall approval process more efficient. Compare - could be enhanced to provide more granular control over changes. Currently, updates or changes are handled at the page level. It would be useful to have the ability to review and apply changes at an individual item or content level, rather than applying them to the entire page. This would provide greater flexibility and control when managing content updates, especially when only specific sections or items need to be changed. Overall, the application is very capable and user-friendly. These enhancements would make it even more flexible and valuable for teams with more complex content management, review, and approval requirements. I would also like to highlight that the support team has been very responsive, helpful, and supportive whenever we needed assistance. Your prompt responses and willingness to help are greatly appreciated. Thank you to the entire support team for the excellent service!

Hi Cristina, thank you for the thoughtful review and detailed feedback! It's great to hear that Scroll Content Manager is providing a well-structured solution for your content and documentation. Your suggestions on workflows and the compare feature are really valuable, and I've shared them with our product team to look into. Some ideas fit naturally with where the app is heading, while others are more complex to assess given how content works in Confluence. Either way, they're exactly the kind of input that helps us evaluate what's feasible and where to focus next. If you'd like to get into the specifics, I encourage you to reach out to us through our support portal or at help@k15t.com so we can dig into your use cases together. And thank you for the kind words about our support team, they were glad to hear they could help. We're always here whenever you need us. Have a great day!
Best, Max

We switched to Scroll Content Manager instead of using our internal documentation tool for customers, and I truly enjoy its flexibility. We can work with our technical writers in Confluence using the same workflow we are used to, while producing a beautiful website that loads quickly and works well on both desktop and mobile. The customization options, including custom CSS and JavaScript, are also important to us. We do not use many customizations, but it is great to have the option. For small features that would typically require communicating with a vendor and requesting an update, we can develop and maintain them ourselves. Since we are developers, this is easy for us to manage. It is a great tool, and I highly recommend it for public-facing documentation sites. It works much better than Confluence out of the box for external customers and other unauthorized users.

Hi Dmitry, thank you for the amazing review! It's great to hear that you made the switch and that it's paying off for your teams. Keeping your technical writers in their familiar Confluence environment where they are most productive with Scroll Content Manager, while publishing a fast, responsive website with Scroll Sites, is exactly the experience we set out to create. And with the customization options, you have the freedom to shape your site, make it your own, and keep it fully on-brand. Thank you for recommending us for public-facing documentation. We're always here if you ever need anything. Have a great day! Best, Max

We’ve used Scroll Content Manager for over a year, and it’s clear the app is built by content experts, for content experts. It gives Confluence real CMS-like capabilities without the overhead of a full CMS. Content reuse at the block and line level, variant and audience-based content, versioning, bulk content management (labels, workflow, and page management) and translations are all handled well, and the publishing workflow (automated or manual, depending on your needs) is easy to configure and use. Different configuration options allow you to support different content strategies instead of forcing one approach. What really stands out to us is K15t’s support team. When we recently ran into a publishing issue, Johanna and the team were responsive, communicative, and diligent about getting us to a resolution. Across our time using their apps, we’ve consistently seen thoughtful, stable, value-add improvements, which says a lot about how the team operates. I’d recommend Scroll Content Manager to any team looking to level up Confluence content management, and I’d equally recommend K15t as a vendor you can trust to be supportive and responsive.

Scroll Content Manager really is excellent. We rely on it to manage multiple versions and multiple variants of several large documentation sets, and it manages it all with ease. I've been particularly impressed with the new version – it makes things like bulk editing of labels (to determine what is included in each variant) a breeze, and has saved me many hours of work. If you're considering Scroll Content Manager, you should also take a look at Scroll Sites for managing the publication of your docs. It's a must, IMO.

Hey Martin, thank you so much for the kind words! It's great to hear Scroll Content Manager helps you stay on top of all those versions and variants across your documentation sets. The new Content Manager workspace was a big focus for us - bringing everything into one interactive view where you can manage Confluence and Scroll metadata together at scale. So hearing that bulk label editing has saved you hours is exactly the kind of feedback we hoped for, and it makes our day. And thanks for the Scroll Sites shout-out; we agree it's a great companion for publishing. If you ever have feedback or questions, our team is always here to help. Best, Max

Since adopting Scroll Documents, our documentation workflow has become significantly more structured and reliable. Managing multiple products with independent release cycles used to create confusion and overhead, but this tool brought clarity and governance to the process. The ability to group related pages into a logical document, independent of their original space structure, gives us full control over versioning. Comparing revisions is straightforward, and working on parallel updates without disrupting published material is seamless. It introduces a level of discipline and traceability to Confluence that is typically associated with software version control systems, yet it remains intuitive and easy for the team to use. For organizations handling complex, multi-version technical documentation, it is a highly valuable addition.
