Table Grid Next Generation

Table Grid fulfills our core needs and provides the functionality required for managing structured data within Jira issues. That said, there is significant room for improvement. The visual experience could be more polished and intuitive, particularly to better align with Jira’s native interface, the visualization in issues is also quite limited, poor, and lacks customization. The configuration experience could also be simplified, as some settings are not immediately clear and require more effort than expected to set up and maintain. Overall, the app meets the functional requirements, but improvements in usability, visual design, and administration would make it a much stronger solution.

When I initially came across the negative reviews, I was somewhat concerned, but I still decided to recommend the app to my client. Unfortunately, my experience with support confirmed those concerns. When I contacted support, the ticket was closed as “Irrelevant” without any review or attempt to understand the issue. This response reflects a lack of basic support and accountability. If this is the level of support provided during evaluation, it raises serious concerns about using the app in a production environment. Based on this experience, I would not proceed with or recommend this app.

An excellent tool to add a(or mutiple) grid views to your issues. We had some questions on creating the grids and were looking for a solution. The support team helped us in no time. Kudos to the team.

Table Grid has been very helpful for us over the years for our Order Management in Jira. Recently we migrated from on-premise to cloud and their support, especially Techlead Hung, has been incredibly helpful in this migration.

Great app for using dynamic table values in jira tickets. The team is very responsive, understood our requirements clearly, and delivered the solution on time. I would definitely recommended this app.
