FAST and EASY way to inform customers for the time spent on their requests via the Jira Service Desk user portal
On the portal select "Requests" page.
At the bottom, under the "Requests" list, is placed the "Requests Workload Report".
Use the Jira project configuration menu to enable or disable the customers access to the report.
From the predefined list select what type of information to be exposed at the portal.
Store requests data result set to a CSV file.
With "Requests Workload Report" you can easily share and export work logged details via the Customer Portal:
- by JSD project
- via Jira service desk user portal
- for the three two months
Main Customer features:
- Filter the results
- Export service desk request details to CSV file.
- view summary about requests created by other customers via Customer Portal
