    View Report

    Export JSD Requests Data

    Use the Jira project configuration menu to enable or disable the customers access to the report.

    From the predefined list select what type of information to be exposed at the portal.

    On the portal select "Requests" page.

    At the bottom, under the "Requests" list, is placed the "Requests Workload Report".

    "Export" button to store the result set to a CSV file.

    With "Requests Workload Report" you can easily share and export work logged details via the Customer Portal:

    • by JSD project
    • via Jira service desk user portal
    • for the last two months

    Main Customer features:

    • Filter the results
    • Export service desk request details to CSV file.
    • view summary about requests created by other customers via Customer Portal

    Note: The add-on will be not available for Jira 7.3.0 due to version specifics.

    The users from all groups can see the tickets from other groups! This is a serious security risk! For that reason I am de-activating the add-on

    Thank you for the feedback!

    The main idea of this free plugin is all users of a service desk portal (jira service desk project) to be able see basic information related to the requests reported to it.

    The access to the information is restricted at a jira service desk project level.This means that if two user groups do not have to see each others request they have to use different service desks (jira service desk project).

    Installation

    1. Log into your Jira instance as an admin.
    2. Click the admin dropdown and choose Add-ons. The Manage add-ons screen loads.
    3. Click Find new apps or Find new add-ons from the left-hand side of the page.
    4. Locate Customer Requests Workload Report via search. Results include app versions compatible with your Jira instance.
    5. Click Install to download and install your app.
    6. You're all set! Click Close in the Installed and ready to go dialog.
