    It's good if you have only one kind of SLA that you can share with customer. But if you have internal SLA that you don't want share with the customer, not is possible to restrict. Another point it's this plugin show all Project thar the agente have acces. This is so bad. Sometime we have one agent in multiples Project, but one customer can't see data of another customer

    Thanks for the feedback, unfortunately we haven't found an easy way to provide SLA restrictions, the API is very limited. Same for shared tickets.

    Hi, Nice to provide this app but we don't have a staging server setup to test it so I installed it to our prod thinking it was possible to customise it per project. However I had to de-install it straight away when I saw that it was applied across all customer projects on the top of each issue "Customer Reports for JIRA Service Desk" and a button "Open SLA's Report". Clicking it lead to "Error getting requests" but that's not the problem, I only want SLA reports appearing on specific projects, not across the board. Maybe there was something that needed configuring? I had started the configuration by entering my Jira username as the Global Agent and got a message that "Selected user does not have access to JIRA Service Desk" which is definitely not the case.

    Hi.

    I'm sorry to hear you are having troubles using the app. Right now we don't provide the ability to customise the reports per project, it's something we will add in the future.

    Regarding the error, make sure your user belongs to the Jira service desk access group and it's an agent in all of the projects. If you keep having problems please open a ticket in our support system

    Make sure you select the "Other" request type.

    I really like this app, however, I would like each customer to only be able to select the Service Desk (in the drop down), rather than every possible Service Desk that the Global User has access to. That is the only reason we can't use it. We have multiple customers and each has it's own Service Desk. Let me know when you adjust that and we will use this all the time! Updated! You have added the security ability to allow only the service desk projects available to the given portal user! That is fantastic. Now, I have one more request, and I apologize because I should have thought of it before. Is it possible to make it configurable for each Service Desk? So we can test it before opening it up to every customer? And if you could add the ability for the customer to export what they see, that would be even better. This would be an app I would consider paying for. Thank you so much for the work you have done so far!

    Hi Kathy!

    We have released a new version that fixes the bug you reported. Hope this allows you to install and use our application. The problem was that the Jira Service Desk API was returning all of the projects instead the projects were the users has access.

    It would be nice if, on customers' portal, there was a way to only show the list of projects that the current user has access to. It would be nice as well to define the list of projects where we'd like to have those metrics and allow us to select the SLAs that we'd like to show.
