In this update, we've made a significant enhancement to our authentication system by transitioning from Basic Authentication to OAuth. This change aims to provide a more secure and seamless user experience. What’s new: OAuth Authentication Flow

  • Enhanced Security: Compared to Basic Authentication, OAuth offers a more robust and secure authentication mechanism, ensuring the safety of your account information.
  • Improved user-based access: With the new authentication flow, users will have precise access to the OKRs in Quantive, including private ones that were not displayed in previous versions.
  • Two new fields have been added to the admin form to insert the Account application's Client ID and Client secret. The process of updating/deleting the Quantive task status has been reworked to use the Client Credentials Flow instead of Basic Authentication.
  • Improved performance and better error handling.
