The support listened to my issue and a new version was out in i few days. Brilliant. Regarding the plugin it does what it promise and is a good way to potential reduce the mails to our users. We are now able to turn off e-mails in some of our Jira-projects and let the users only use this plugin in order to stay ahead of their Jira-tickets.

Good - Ability to add any watcher from notifications What I would like to see improved - I'm not sure if the Mac version of desktop notifications are done correctly, so it would be nice to have documentation for the Mac version.

The Desktop notification can be enabled from Firefox and Chrome browsers settings and it works with both Windows and Mac.
