When issues are updated, changes are automatically reflected back to the IT Ops incident record. When the issue is resolved or the story is complete, the integration automatically creates a change request for IT Ops to manage the deployment. No need to log in to another application, or deal with distracting email conversations: everyone works in their application of choice.
