Wonderful plugin which works great! This is very helpful if you have many projects and want to have an easy helpdesk access. Only thing I'm missing is how to limit access to certain groups, like "jira-servicedesk-users" especially to hide that menu from clients with jira account, who have no access to the servicedesks? Optionally the link to the Customer Portal would be OK for them.

It is not Service Desk Menu - it is a Customer Portal menu instead.

This is an old menu, with very similar functionality that was removed by Atlassian in newer versions.
