This app is superb. But how are my technicians supposed to solve the problems if they do not see the images and videos sent by the L1?

  Thanks for taking the time to review the app. I believe you are referring to the attachment feature you requested for the Jira Cloud integration for Intercom. As discussed in our support conversation, unfortunately, there are limitations in the Intercom app framework, which make forwarding attachments to Jira issues challenging to implement. We will explore workarounds to support attachments, but at this stage, we cannot promise that we will be able to ship this feature.
