🎉 New: Intercom for Jira is moving to Atlassian infrastructure
Details
Intercom for Jira is moving to Atlassian-hosted infrastructure (also known as "Forge"). This is the first of several updates over the coming months that migrate Intercom for Jira features to a new app framework that runs on Atlassian-hosted infrastructure.
The updates are transparent to users; they should not notice any difference from before. As we are rolling out new migration stages in the coming months, several new major versions may require admin approval. This is because the app on the new Atlassian-hosted platform requires permission scopes on the new platform.
For Jira admins: Feel free to approve major app updates at your convenience.
