Raley Intake Forms for Jira

Incredibly satisfied with this app. It has a lot of potenital, for example it has hidden fields and field conditions without coding, it is easy to use and understand and the result is a user-friendly form. It has been a crucial tool for me, coupling it with some automation I have used it extensively. Also, the support team is incredible: not only did they answer my questions right away - I mean literally, sometimes in less than an hour- and fixed a reported bug with equivalent speed, but they even added a feature (the possibility of duplicating forms), just because I reported it would be very useful for my work, and in just 2 days! Truly exceptional work, I would recommend it 1000%.

Been using this product for several years now. Its a great way to make good looking forms and input the data into JIRA. Using forms in both Confluence and Scarepoint sites.

The best solution for a great issue collector! I've started using it and thought "big deal" - some better format, and a couple of things here and there. A couple of hours in, I came to realize the added value it offered to a cranky vanilla issue collector: > The ability to hide and prefill the summary without coding, > Rules to hide/unhide and set values on other fields based on conditions > The ability to create multiples of your issue right off the bat! (honestly I ended up using an automation tool since I needed a custom field changed in each clone, but I'm happy I had that option!) Even though these are the features that provide me most value, there are other ones as well. I came across a couple of bugs but I navigated myself around them. Kudos to the creators of this little miracle!
