Optimizer for Jira is the best admin tool I have used in over a decade of experience with Atlassian products. This tool significantly reduces administrative tasks, offering great value for its cost. Additionally, it helps maintain a clean and organized Jira instance, preparing it for any upcoming changes like Server/DC to Cloud Migration. It's not just a short-term solution; it's essential for long-term management, allowing you to monitor your instance's health with excellent metrics and take timely corrective actions. The support team is also exceptional, always ready to assist and answer questions. I highly recommend this tool for both Data Center and Cloud instances.

Optimizer has an excellent value proposition it has for managing Jira especially as the user base & complexity grows. as it provides a single 'cockpit' view and administrative location. I have been very pleased & impressed with how centralized the data is and the added value of the health check which I think seems to over state concerns but it is insightful. I would love to see more analytics showing trends or outliers for the different areas they capture. In addition their tech support has been one of the best experiences I have had. They have been exceptionally responsive not only with triaging but also with bug fixes.

I'm not the real user of the plugin, but I asked my colleagues to do some review. Here is their feedback. Optimizer has been an effective tool to help us manage our instance. It is effective to identify indexing issues, unused projects and fields, duplicates and help us check the overall health of our instance. Reports are helpful and log reading is UI friendly. Overall this is a good tool. My own experience is with the support team. We had a problem with the latest version of the plugin and the work of the support and development team is really awesome, the fix was deployed almost as soon as possible and also the communication was really amazing. Thank you again for your great work.

This add-on has been a real life-saver and gives a lot of capability for cleanup and insight into the Jira system - especially for a large Jira setup including multiple Jira instances. It's much easier to do an analysis of where and how much is being used/impacted by a particular configuration. Also it's a great plus for being able to export information out to CSV for better analysis for decision authorities who may not have access into the back end of the Jira system for making decisions.
