Hi Project Team, I hope you're doing well. I’m reaching out because the plugin initially worked correctly for two days, but then it stopped working. When I try to export the data, I receive an error and I’m no longer able to complete the export. Do you know how to resolve this issue? It seems like the plugin may not support large volumes of data and might only be suitable for small teams. I’d really appreciate your help, as my trial period is about to expire and our decision to purchase the plugin depends on this.

Update: After raising the issue here the problem was solved within a couple days, great support and fully functional app now. Original Review: I'm not sure if it is because we use groups and assign members to projects exclusively through them, but the plugin doesn't seem to work anymore. Before it already had some issues (not all members listed) but with the latest version of Jira Cloud it now doesn't even load "App is not responding. Wait or cancel?"

Hi Patrick. We are aware of the app not showing all the team members after latest Jira Cloud updates; our team is working on fixing this. But the other functionalities should be in place. Not sure why do you get "app not responding". Could you please send a screenshot to support@stonikbyte.com so we can investigate? Thanks

The settings tab does not show for me. I only get a screen for adding custom fields. How does this connect and display Jira profile? I have no way to configure the settings in shown in your documentation.

The profile custom fields can be visualized and accessed on the Advanced Profile page of the user. This page can be accessed by clicking the appropriate user link from Project Team tab of the project the user belongs to, or from the Advanced Profile link available in the issue view screen. Also, the users can access their own Advanced Profile page by clicking the Advanced Profile menu-option from their profile settings menu. We updated the documentation to be more clear.
