Project Team makes visible the team of each project by displaying its members along with their project roles on a tab named "Project Team" available for each project.

Project Team also allows extending the profile of your team members via user custom fields. You can add text fields for mapping attributes like Phone Number or Bio, multi-value fields for mapping attributes like Skills or Languages or user picker fields for mapping attributes like Manager. The newly added user custom fields can be visualized and edited on an Advanced Profile page.

The new fields are also displayed on the Jira issue screen under a new section named "User additional attributes", which is available for issue's reported and issue's assignee.

With Project Team you can also generate and display the organizational charts of a department or your entire organization.

While this app is useful for any team, it becomes essential for large, geographically distributed teams.
