This release fixes the issue that the Upgrade Data admin function was not working in version 5.9. If your first attempt to run the Upgrade Data admin function was using version 5.9, the Upgrade Data feature ran in under 2 seconds, and all the view information from version 4.x is missing.

To fix this, install this version 5.10, and in the admin page of PVT, click the 'Delete All Data' link and then click the 'Upgrade Data' button again.

The Upgrade taks which converted the internal storage from ver 1.x and 2.x to the new format in ver 3.x has been removed. This was causing issues for customers.

If you have either version 1.x or 2.x version and you want to upgrade and keep the existing data, then you must install any of the version 3.x app versions first, before installing app version 4.0.

Keep in mind this is a very slow task for large environments and may cause issues.

All User View timestamps now provide timezone information. This means that the times shown on the statistics page will be adjusted to the local browser timezone.

Fixed Issue #2: Space Admins can not see the Page View Statistics

This is a major release and has some significant changes:

1. The Page View Tracker macro is now OBSOLETE, and should be removed from all pages. It will not render any data, but in future versions the macro will be removed completey and hence then will throw errors.

2. The Page View Statistics feature is now available from the Tools menu for every page (no macro needed). The new Tool is only available to Confluence Administrators and Page Owners.
