This app does not show up in my JIRA. Help documentation is useless when I cannot find the app anywhere on JIRA

Hi Soma, Sorry you couldn't find Regular Work Plans after install — that's on the docs for not starting with where the app actually lives. In Jira, open Apps in the top navigation and look for Regular Work Plans. It can also sit in the project sidebar once an admin enables it for that project. If an admin installed it, they may still need to grant you access. If it still doesn't show, email jordan@aneto.io with your site URL and we'll find it with you. Jordan Hale Aneto

Plugin is broken ... Loader animation/overlay is blocking the interface. Can't be worked around it

Hi Jakob, usually when this happens it is because of a special configuration on your Jira. It's too bad that you did not contact our Helpdesk or chat support before giving up on the app, we usually address issues very quickly . Please let us know if you would like to go over it

I was trialing this and interacting w/ Obi Wan Soft on bugs and limitations for some time. Based upon issues they were seeing they decided to completely rewrite it and expected it would take 30-60 days. Four months later and no update. I liked the solution and was hoping they would come out w/ a new version so it would be useable for me and maybe they eventually will. The fact that there is but a single version listed here is telling.

Hi Jack, Fair review. The rewrite took longer than the 30–60 days we said, and we should have posted an update instead of going quiet.
