    Simple straight forward design. Allows for quick and easy communication between our clients and support staff. The support and dev teams are super responsive to issues and open to ideas to customize the app to our specific business needs. Good solid app and group of individuals that make my job as a customer service manager much easier.

    • We now support a few advanced Jira Service Desk Request fields, such as labels and components

    Installation

    1. Log into your Jira instance as an admin.
    2. Click the admin dropdown and choose Add-ons. The Find new apps or Find new add-ons screen loads.
    3. Locate Chat, Text & Voice for Jira Service Desk.
    4. Click Install to download and install your app.
    5. You're all set! Click Close in the Installed and ready to go dialog.
