Report Builder: Custom Reports and Dashboards for Jira

Excellent app - fast, intuitive, and feels like a seamless part of Jira itself. The design and UI are clean and familiar, making it easy to get started right away. Reports are extremely flexible, especially the Universal one, and the conditional formatting and calculated grouping options add a lot of power. The embedded tutorial is a great touch, and I really appreciate the ability to request custom report development directly in the app. Everything feels responsive, almost like a desktop experience. Overall, a well-thought-out and polished solution for advanced Jira reporting!

Loved how customizable the app is. What stands out is the ability to pull data from more than 2 fields, overcoming the limitation with native Jira dashboard gadgets. Also really love the unique Calculate Values functionality

I really liked how much freedom it gives to create custom reports beyond what Jira offers by default. Being able to combine different data sources and tweak visuals was super helpful. It’s also nice that once a dashboard is set up, it is easy for the team to access and use without needing admin help every time. Works well for small teams that need tailored dashboards. Sharing and automation options save time, good balance of power and usability once you get used to it.

Enterprise-level reporting. I liked that I could create complex reports with flexible grouping and conditional formatting beyond Jira’s standard reports. It’s also great that all reporting is centralized in one place and supports data from multiple projects.

It's pretty silly that these types of reports are not included natively by Atlassian! This app works great for our use case, and the trial offerings are generous as we're a small team. Developer is responsive and quickly implemented a feature request that I (a non-paying user) submitted. Definitely lots of goodwill fostered.
