    All we needed to do was generate straightforward monthly reports that we could use for invoicing. Issue status, creation date, etc., were not important to us -- we just needed time logged. This little plugin gave us the feature we needed without any extra complication, and it's free!

    Tried to use this plugin. Only Project selection is working . Not able to choose Groups, Users, Filters. Not able to test all the features.

    In order to investigate the problems you had, can you please give us more informations and send them to touchdownatlassian@gmail.com :

    • Your Jira Version (we don't support before JIRA 7.0)
    • Your browser and its version
    • Ask your JIRA admin if you have the permissions to browse groups, users and filters (those are a global permissions managed by administrators and we don't override them)

    With those three answers, we have good chances to find out the issue you are facing.

    A great and simple to use addon. With filters, it allows you to generate quite a hefty set of reports. It really helped us. Thanks guys.

    2. Click the admin dropdown and choose Add-ons. The Manage add-ons screen loads.
    3. Click Find new add-ons from the left-hand side of the page.
    4. Locate Timesheet tracking for Jira via search. Results include app versions compatible with your Jira instance.
    5. Click Install to download and install your app.
    6. You're all set! Click Close in the Installed and ready to go dialog.

    To find older Timesheet tracking for Jira versions compatible with your instance, you can look through our version history page.
