    Great add-on to easily gain insight to hours logged by teams, by projects within a certain date range. Works as advertised. Had an issue getting it running and was able to open up a support ticket - got it resolved within 24 hours (great support!). Turns out there was a temporary outage. Easy to use and FREE!!!

    Easy to install and configure. Easy to use. Had issue with not all worklogs being pulled in timesheets - all nicely sorted :) good communication. Nice tool to generate actual hours report and check workloads against KPIs. Would be nice to be able to export it o .xlxs file.

    Good tool. Problem is that I cant export timesheet as .xlsx file. And I would like to have view with the estimated time.

    Hello,

    Thank you for the feedback. We are working on it as this version is only a beta release and does not contain all of the functionalities that we are preparing.

    So the export will be available in the next few weeks with the official release. The estimate time is not planned yet but we will inform by the beginning of Q2 2020

    Easy to install and configure, easy to filter, clear reports. This is the app we needed. You can filter and combine by project, dates, user groups and status of the tasks. It's very helpful, and it's free! It could be great that the app would allow to export the reports to XLS format.

    All we needed to do was generate straightforward monthly reports that we could use for invoicing. Issue status, creation date, etc., were not important to us -- we just needed time logged. This little plugin gave us the feature we needed without any extra complication, and it's free!

    Very helpful plugin that has made time entry in Jira much quicker. We use the calendar functionality daily for all the teams, since it makes it easy to see how many hours have been logged each day, month, etc. Tickets can be easily dragged and dropped across days if they got misplaced, and time can be adjusted on a ticket/added throughout the day which makes adding time to tickets quicker than using the "log work" function on each individual Jira ticket. Highly recommend!

    This is great tool. Especially Filter based reporting. Is there any way to get these report in JIRA dashboard (Especially using Gadget)

    How does Data Center app pricing work?

    Data Center apps are sold as an annual subscription. You are eligible for support and version updates as long as your subscription is active.

    If app pricing changes after your initial purchase, there's a 60-day grandfathering period during which you can renew based on the old pricing.

    How do I determine my Data Center pricing?

    Apps are billed based on the number of users in your Atlassian product. For Jira 7.0 or later, the app tier should match the maximum tier of the licensed Jira products on your instance. For example, if you're running Jira Software (500 users) and Jira Service Desk (25 agents) on the same instance, you should purchase the 500-user tier for apps. For versions of Jira prior to 7.0, the app tier should match the licensed user tier for Jira. Even if fewer users want to use the app than your Jira license, the two licenses should match exactly.

    Can I install this app in a Data Center product?

    Yes, this app has a Data Center approved version. If you're using a Data Center product, you should install the Data Center version of the app.
