    Thanks for not only making the best time tracking out there, but also a free one - it really helps when the projects consists of groups of 2 or 3 people and doesn't have the money to pay for it :)

    Thanks for this great free plugin. It provides a timesheet summary (total hours spent), any way to export the report with time spent on each task.

    This is a simple yet useful plugin allowing for quick work logs via drag-and-drop or issue search. The calendar view even allows for the "classic" weekly-based work logging. If you need a straight-forward way to log and report time spend on issues, this is a tool you may want to evaluate.

    When releasing the first commerical version (3.8.7) you wrote in the releae notes: "The free versions will remain available on the Marketplace and remain supported" Does that also mean there will be a free release compatible with current (8.8.x) JIRA-releases?

    Yes of course, we will released it between today and tomorrow. It will be tagged version 2.8.7.2

    Update 07.04.2020 : the version was submitted yesterday and is under Atlassian validation process.

    Update 07.04.2020 : the version 2.8.7.2 is available right now on the versions tab.

    Update 08.04 : our marketplace account has some troubles with free and paid versions together. So we asked to cancel the submission.

    Please write us a mail to touchdownatlassian@gmail.com and we will afford you a link to download the 2.8.7.2 which is compatible with JIRA 8.8.x. At the same time, we opened a ticket to Atlassian to fix the issue.

    Very helpful plugin that has made time entry in Jira much quicker. We use the calendar functionality daily for all the teams, since it makes it easy to see how many hours have been logged each day, month, etc. Tickets can be easily dragged and dropped across days if they got misplaced, and time can be adjusted on a ticket/added throughout the day which makes adding time to tickets quicker than using the "log work" function on each individual Jira ticket. Highly recommend!

    All we needed to do was generate straightforward monthly reports that we could use for invoicing. Issue status, creation date, etc., were not important to us -- we just needed time logged. This little plugin gave us the feature we needed without any extra complication, and it's free!

    How does server app pricing work?

    Server products and apps are hosted on your servers. This app is sold as a perpetual license, and the purchase price includes 12 months of maintenance (support and version updates).

    You can renew maintenance after 12 months at 50% of the current purchase price. You can upgrade the tier of your Atlassian product and app licenses at any time. Upgrade prices are calculated based on Atlassian's formula (view example).

    If app pricing changes after your initial purchase, there's a 60-day grandfathering period during which you can renew based on the old pricing.

    How do I determine my server pricing?

    Apps are billed based on the number of users in your Atlassian product. For Jira 7.0 or later, the app tier should match the maximum tier of the licensed Jira products on your instance. For example, if you're running Jira Software (500 users) and Jira Service Desk (25 agents) on the same instance, you should purchase the 500-user tier for apps. For versions of Jira prior to 7.0, the app tier should match the licensed user tier for Jira. Even if fewer users want to use the app than your Jira license, the two licenses should match exactly.
