No one responds via Support ticket or chat. It seems to create a duplicate set of subtasks randomly - i can't figure out the rhyme or reason on when this bug or issue arises. It can be pretty disruptive if you're trying to launch something sophisticated. (I have random tix from my team with over a 1000 duplicate subtasks and others with only 80 or so duplicate subtasks.) Now have to research other, more reliable plugins.
