Pick a Jira project and a parent type. The dashboard shows how many projects, parent issues, and auto subtasks you have configured.
Assignee, estimate, labels, versions
Each auto subtask can set summary, description, assignee, and original estimate, and optionally inherit fix version and labels from the parent.
Drag the order they are created
The list for that project and parent type is the creation order. Drag a row so the subtasks appear on the parent in the sequence the team actually works.

Automatic Subtasks creates the same child list when a parent of a given type is created in a Jira project you configure—so teams stop retyping the same three subtasks on every Story.
Pick a project and a parent issue type. Add each subtask with summary, description, assignee, and original estimate. Optionally inherit fix version or labels from the parent. Drag the list so children appear in work order. Use the dashboard counts and the execution log to confirm a run.
Who it is for: project leads and admins who want a fixed subtask checklist on create for specific issue types.
