About ConceptShare for Jira:
Once you’ve added & configured ConceptShare for Jira from the Atlassian Marketplace, using it is pretty simple.
- Create a ConceptShare Review issue type
- Add the creative assets that need to be reviewed
- Invite those who need to review the asset*
That's it! An email notification will go out to Reviewers with a direct link to the asset in ConceptShare's proofing workspace where they can provide their feedback and set their approval status.
You will then see the status and progress of the review right in Jira.
*We support the 60+ most commonly produced formats marketing needs to support their campaigns (images, website pages, HTML5 ads, video, etc)
