    Not a great start. Went to connect Google Drive. Didn't go so well. Started out nice. Was prompted by Google Drive to authorize the app to connect. Then ...... Still nothing...... Still nothing...... Still waiting for something to happen. Now when I click on the Team Files in the left nav, just goes to a white page and nothing loads. People want things to work the first time. And if something goes wrong, they want to know what went wrong and how to fix it. Not sure if it Confluence or the app. Might be Confluence Bug!

    Expect to wait about a week before someone reaches out to you if you have urgent issues that needed to be addressed. The plugin is still fresh and prone for new bugs. Hope ikuteam hires more people for technical support.

    I could not find a way to connect to my Google Drive. Every time I tried to authenticate, it just took me to the iku website.

    Thank you fro trying our app. The problem you mentioned is a limitation of Safari browser on Mac. You can check here how to turn around that problem.

    You can also use Chrome or Firefox to avoid that.

    Stellar integration that is a game changer and allows you to manage files more effectively and doesnt disrupt your One Drive. I love that you can add "wording" around each file in Confluence- somethign you cant do with OneDrive alone. Their support is also top notch! I immediately heard from the team member when I sent over a question.

    Appreciate the great support provided by ikuTeam! We faced a few problems deploying this initially, but all issues were responded to quickly. They clearly are putting in effort to improve this product. This is a good solution for you to integrate with Egnyte (if you are on an on-premise Confluence). Though it's not too clear based on this marketplace listing that it even does that.

    the install instructions basically tell me to add the add in, then everything is fine, connected onedrive but didnt ask for sign in credentials or anything for a team sharing files it would be great but instructions for installing need to be improved

    encounter same problem as Scott, no sign in prompts after installation, the macro kept loading when i try to call from Confluence page.

    How does cloud app pricing work?

    Cloud apps are sold as a monthly or annual subscription. You are eligible for support and automatic version updates as long as your subscription is active.

    When your subscription renews each month, you are automatically billed for apps based on the number of users in your instance.

    If app pricing changes after your initial purchase, there's a 60-day grandfathering period during which you can renew based on the old pricing.

    How do I determine my cloud pricing?

    Apps are billed based on the number of users in your Atlassian product. Confluence Cloud apps are priced based on the number of Confluence users on your instance. For example, if you have Confluence Cloud (25 users), you pay the 25-user price for apps.

    The pricing structure for cloud apps is as follows:

    • Monthly subscriptions with up to 10 Atlassian product users are billed at a flat rate price.
    • Monthly subscriptions with more than 10 users are billed per user, starting at the first user.
    • Monthly subscriptions with more than 100 users are billed per user. The table above provides example pricing at various user levels.

    Annual subscriptions may offer a discount depending on the number of users purchased.

    Do you offer academic, community, or open-source licenses for cloud apps?

    Yes. Academic, community, and open source licenses are available to qualifying organizations. See our Purchasing & Licensing FAQ for more information.

    Can I extend my free trial?

    For cloud apps, you cannot extend your free evaluation period. All cloud apps are immediately subscribed by a user, and we provide a free evaluation period. This is a minimum of 30 days and ends on the second billing cycle after you first subscribe to the app.

    Server products and apps are hosted on your servers. This app is sold as a perpetual license, and the purchase price includes 12 months of maintenance (support and version updates).

    2. Click the admin dropdown and choose Atlassian Marketplace. The Manage add-ons screen loads.
