SmartDraw Diagrams for Confluence

This vendor has absolut rediculous practises in his marketing strategy. They are sending us martketing emails since months while we never signed up to anything and we never bought any products of this company. They do send us emails to our ticketing system using our product support@ email without any hesitation either. There is no unsubscription link the email and neither they will stop even if you reply and ask them to do stop. This agressive, unprofessional behavior in marketing does resolve in all potential customer to be offended by any of those emails even in legetimate ways, where the customer signed up and maybe also want's to get rid of it using an unsubscription link Getting about the 8th email has finally led to me rating this very product - since that is what this marketing email was written for.

Overall - great plugin. I've compared it to Creatly and Draw.io and selected this one. Draw.io is quite good and confortable to use but offers less templates. SmartDraw is easy to use, has a lot of templates, but the interface is slightly not optimal for me: * opens big buttons on top which is eating a lot of space on small 13 inches laptop * every time I create new diagram, the app opens it in a small full-page view, and I have to zoom in. * I can not select name for the diagram - it always saves it as a guid, which doesn't help to reuse it later. * not available in Russian and doesn't provide Russian spelling. Otherwise, all these issues don't stop me from starting to use the app - thanks.

  Great to hear you have chosen SmartDraw for Confluence and appreciate your feedback. Your comments will be shared with the product team. Can you please elaborate on what you mean by "zoom in" when you open a document? Is it the diagram itself that is too small?

  Actually, we've received feedback about the big buttons and space on top and filenames rather than guid's more than once so we'll try and prioritise a solution to those. File naming in Confluence and a Russian spelling dictionary are on the roadmap within the next couple months. Would you like to be notified when they are pushed?
