The support never responds, we have opened multiple tickets they never respond. I don't know if this app and its support are active, but I would advise users to not use this app.

While technically functional, the interface isn't intuitive, and the files are view-only. At that point you might as well just make a custom field for a OneDrive or SharePoint link and do your editing there. It also gave me a lot of trouble just trying to delete the thing before my trial period ran out. Not a bad program, but for the price there are other better options on Marketplace.
