why automatically this app selects 9 users and charge me by this amount?

Difficult to customize, multiple settings do not work (custom script, show/hide Jira name, ...), message form do not work if attached file is large, cancel button do not work. Good point compared to the default JIRA Service Desk widget is that you can change and translate the labels. EDIT : Customer support was fast to fix a few of the problem reported above so I increase my mark.

Embeddable widget helps our customers quickly find answers and leave a support message while surfing the website. I found this plugin is a convenient way to transition the customers to our Jira Service Desk. I like it.
