πŸ‘€ The best place to start troubleshooting is in the logs.

⚑ Accessing logs usually requires server access. It is time-consuming to manually search through log files, and many Confluence administrators lack the necessary server access due to security restrictions.

βœ… Last Log brings the logs where they belongβ€”in the Confluence administration user interface.

Summary
New feature: Read logs directly from file system
Details

New features

  • Introduced the ability to choose between reading log files directly from the file system or from the database on a per-file basis, with enhanced performance for large log files and improved usability for log viewing and management.
  • Added a copy-to-clipboard feature for log entries, including a hover-activated copy button, and selectable stack traces.

Bug fixes

  • Fixed an issue where Last Log did not display entries from the HTTP dump log if the HTTP access log was empty; both log files are now processed independently and shown correctly, regardless of individual file content.
