This plug-in is a god-send for Agile Coaches who need to drop into teams and get a quick view of what is going on. What their Flow is like, how much WIP they have, etc. Additionally, it contains very powerful estimation using Monte Carlo simulation to develop a probabalistic model for when large pieces of work will be delivered based on the teams actual data. By far the easiest and most accurate forecasting tool I have come across.
