Could not manage setting. The default group access uses the old site admin and as an Org admin I still could not access to setup the app. I would avoid this moving forward

  The App was now updated so that the 'org-admins' can be used as a default value.

Works as designed and provides our company with WSJF very easily. Overall, the product was well-designed. It's very intuitive. Their Customer Support is AMAZING. I had a question about my installation and Sebastien addressed my question resolved it nearly immediately.

We are evaluating approaches to have single source of truth for prioritization discussions, and were considering JIRA plugins because our issue backlog already lives in JIRA. The solution is still in evaluation (it's on the short list because unlike some of other solutions i've seen it seamlessly integrates with existing JIRA setup by using custom fields), but i can only praise Sebastian for great service and support, the issues are reviewed, considered and resolved
