Greetings! Thanks for your great product, which definitely fills in some gaps in JIRA Cloud reporting features. Using your charts, along with custom fields and automation, makes dashboards possible that could only be done before by exporting data to a spreadsheet. A few things I wonder: -- Should the Control Chart Gadget could be renamed the Status Control Chart Gadget, as it really only works for status? -- Have you considered adding more generic line charting that includes averaging values over time? -- Have you considered adding more generic control charting, allowing reporting on fields other than status? Thanks for the opportunity to provide feedback. ==================================== Update to my earlier review: - Infrequent releases and improvements to the product to resolve issues - Slow performance for charting tools that pull data from issue logs. More chart options might limit the need for so much data pulled from logs, but that would require more improvements and releases to the product. (See above item.) - Some charts in the product do not match their names. For example, the "control chart" is not a control chart. Consider using the trial to confirm if the product provides what you need before you purchase.

Hi everyone, great gadgets have been great for us too! The killer feature is the burndown chart consuming data from a jira filter and working well both with story points and issue count. The only thing I've noticed as a drawback is that sometimes the widgets don't render properly. The gadget stays collapsed. Anyone else experiencing this issue? I think (it's a suspicion) the situation gets worse when having multiple gadgets in the same dashboard. Other than that, any plans to have gadgets available on Confluence? Iframes kinda work, links to the dashboard too, but a native experience in Confluence would make a big difference. Thank you! Rui Ferreira.

Hi Rui. Thanks a lot for your review. We are not aware of the "rendering issue" that you described. Perhaps it is something specific to your environment. Please provide a screenshot to support@stonikbyte.com and we will investigate.

Unfortunately, the gadgets cannot be imported and used in Confluence (as also mentioned in our documentation). This is due to a limitation of Confluence Cloud. Please vote this issue CONFCLOUD-29055 with the hope that Atlassian will fix it soon. It affects all Cloud apps, not only Great Gadgets. The issue is Cloud specific; the gadgets are functional on Confluence Server / Data Center.

Great gadgets are great! Most helpful to us are the Release burnup, Sprint burnup, Team Velocity, WBS and Remaining time. Support has been absolutely awesome to help with solving some performance and display issues. Great working with the team. I'm looking forward to new gadgets and continuous enhancements.

Hello, Has anyone tried using WBS gadget? It is not showing more than one level in the tree although I am selecting First Three Levels option. Good gadget though

    StonikByte

Hi Raj. The WBS gadgets displays the issues returned by the specified filter. Please make sure that the filter returns not only the issues on first level but also the ones on the other levels (like subtasks). You can do this by filtering by version or project. If you have further questions, please contact support@stonikbyte.com.

Edit: I checked again and it does now show as "Free Trial". I reinstalled it just so I could edit this review. Not sure if this was user error or an Atlassian problem, but either way, thanks for the response and sorry for the trouble.

Hi Scott. We checked and the add-on is not displayed as Free in UPM. If this happened to you, could you please provide a screenshot to support@stonikbyte.com? Anyway, the way the add-on is displayed in UPM is controlled by Atlassian not by us.

Very useful add-on for us. The Velocity and Release Burndown charts is something we expected for a long time.

    Pricing FAQ

How does cloud app pricing work?

Cloud apps are sold as a monthly or annual subscription. You are eligible for support and automatic version updates as long as your subscription is active.

When your subscription renews each month, you are automatically billed for apps based on the number of users in your instance.

If app pricing changes after your initial purchase, there's a 60-day grandfathering period during which you can renew based on the old pricing.

How do I determine my cloud pricing?

Apps are billed based on the number of users in your Atlassian product. Jira Cloud apps are priced based on the maximum users of the Jira products on your instance. For example, if you have Jira Software (50 users) and Jira Service Desk (10 agents) on the same instance, you pay the 50-user price for apps.Note: While this app has features specific to Jira Service Desk, the app is technically available across the whole Jira instance. Therefore the above guidelines for licensing across maximum users still apply.

The pricing structure for cloud apps is as follows:

    • Monthly subscriptions with up to 10 Atlassian product users are billed at a flat rate price.
    • Monthly subscriptions with more than 10 users are billed per user, starting at the first user.
    • Monthly subscriptions with more than 100 users are billed per user. The table above provides example pricing at various user levels.

Annual subscriptions may offer a discount depending on the number of users purchased.

Do you offer academic, community, or open-source licenses for cloud apps?

Yes. Academic, community, and open source licenses are available to qualifying organizations. See our Purchasing & Licensing FAQ for more information.

Can I extend my free trial?

For cloud apps, you cannot extend your free evaluation period. All cloud apps are immediately subscribed by a user, and we provide a free evaluation period. This is a minimum of 30 days and ends on the second billing cycle after you first subscribe to the app.
