Great Gadgets for Jira Cloud (Agile Charts Reports KPIs)

This is perhaps the BEST app I've used for creating custom dashboards. They have very useful charts + the customer service is the best (I emailed them and received a response within 2 hours!).

I have been using this plugin for various reporting Dashboards and absolutely love it in. The killer feature is the ability to set a custom definition of done for sprint burndown charts - that's what got me into this product. And then I discovered and start utilizing many more useful tools: pivot tables, control charts, advanced formulas. Additionally I greatly appreciate responsiveness and kindness of the product developer Danut.

I love your control charts. They are amazing. They have allowed me to very effortlessly pick out issues which are outside of the norm and slowly but surely see the effects on changes made within processes. One bit of feedback. Please change the way you display text. You simply cannot see the averages, or the threshold, or percentile lines if they merge fairly often. Not sure if its worth calling out the avgs specifically so its really easy to see.
