    Thanks for your great product, which closes gaps in JIRA reporting, especially for teams using Kanban. Using your charts, along with custom fields and automation, customers can build dashboards that could only be done before by exporting data to a spreadsheet or pulling information into a reporting tool. The latest addition to Great Gadets, Cycle Time Histogram, provides a good pairing with the Cycle Time Control Chart, helping teams see the distribution and details of processing time. Paired with automation to add WIP count and WIP Age tracking (using the Issue Formula Filter Gadget) and throughput measures (using the Kanban Velocity Gadget), teams get a comprehensive view of workflow diagnostics. The StonikByte team has responsive support, listening to customer feedback, making improvements, and explaining what is/is not possible within the Atlassian add-on ecosystem. This honesty and engagement is quite refreshing when compared to other vendors. Please keep up the great work!

    This app is awesome. It solves a big problem that we had for years: tracking a project with multiple teams by time estimate and time spent including subtasks with a single burndown chart. Great job by the team!

    Great application and very responsive support team! The custom burndown charts are easy to use and very helpful when it comes to tracking our projects on an Initiative level. A couple of months ago we switched over our estimation to a measure of units that would require us to use a custom numeric field, as opposed to the traditional story point field. This option was at the time not supported by the application. We reached out the support team and asked if this was something that could be added. They were very forthcoming and about a month later the new feature was available. Thank you once again!

    Hi everyone, great gadgets have been great for us too! The killer feature is the burndown chart consuming data from a jira filter and working well both with story points and issue count. The only thing I've noticed as a drawback is that sometimes the widgets don't render properly. The gadget stays collapsed. Anyone else experiencing this issue? I think (it's a suspicion) the situation gets worse when having multiple gadgets in the same dashboard. Other than that, any plans to have gadgets available on Confluence? Iframes kinda work, links to the dashboard too, but a native experience in Confluence would make a big difference. Thank you! Rui Ferreira.

    Hi Rui. Thanks a lot for your review. We are not aware of the "rendering issue" that you described. Perhaps it is something specific to your environment. Please provide a screenshot to support@stonikbyte.com and we will investigate.

    Unfortunately, the gadgets cannot be imported and used in Confluence (as also mentioned in our documentation). This is due to a limitation of Confluence Cloud. Please vote this issue CONFCLOUD-29055 with the hope that Atlassian will fix it soon. It affects all Cloud apps, not only Great Gadgets. The issue is Cloud specific; the gadgets are functional on Confluence Server / Data Center.

    Great gadgets are great! Most helpful to us are the Release burnup, Sprint burnup, Team Velocity, WBS and Remaining time. Support has been absolutely awesome to help with solving some performance and display issues. Great working with the team. I'm looking forward to new gadgets and continuous enhancements.

    How does cloud app pricing work?

    Cloud apps are sold as a monthly or annual subscription. You are eligible for support and automatic version updates as long as your subscription is active.

    When your subscription renews each month, you are automatically billed for apps based on the number of users in your instance.

    If app pricing changes after your initial purchase, there's a 60-day grandfathering period during which you can renew based on the old pricing.

    How do I determine my cloud pricing?

    Apps are billed based on the number of users in your Atlassian product. Jira Cloud apps are priced based on the maximum users of the Jira products on your instance. For example, if you have Jira Software (50 users) and Jira Service Management (10 agents) on the same instance, you pay the 50-user price for apps.Note: While this app has features specific to Jira Service Management, the app is technically available across the whole Jira instance. Therefore the above guidelines for licensing across maximum users still apply.

    The pricing structure for cloud apps is as follows:

    • Monthly subscriptions with up to 10 Atlassian product users are billed at a flat rate price.
    • Monthly subscriptions with more than 10 users are billed per user, starting at the first user.
    • Monthly subscriptions with more than 100 users are billed per user. The table above provides example pricing at various user levels.

    Annual subscriptions may offer a discount depending on the number of users purchased.

    Do you offer academic, community, or open-source licenses for cloud apps?

    Yes. Academic, community, and open source licenses are available to qualifying organizations. See our Purchasing & Licensing FAQ for more information.

    Can I extend my free trial?

    For cloud apps, you cannot extend your free evaluation period. All cloud apps are immediately subscribed by a user, and we provide a free evaluation period. This is a minimum of 30 days and ends on the second billing cycle after you first subscribe to the app.

    This version comes with a new gadget:

    Histogram Chart Gadget - offer a histogram chart based on the cycle time of the issues from a filter. The chart plots the distribution of the issues cycle time as a series of bars. A custom threshold line can be also added for identifying how many issues had a longer cycle time than expected. Use this gadget to see how your team delivers, how many issue were resolved in the expected time frame and how many were not.

    Installation

    1. Log into your Jira instance as an admin.
    2. Click the admin dropdown and choose Add-ons. The Find new apps or Find new add-ons screen loads.
    3. Locate Great Gadgets for Jira Cloud.
    4. Click Free trial to download and install your app.
    5. You're all set! Click Close in the Installed and ready to go dialog.
