Use case

VersionOne integration with Jira Service Desk: The service desk agent creates an issue in Jira Service Desk. ConnectALL replicates the data into VersionOne and assigns it as a task to the agile development team. As the issue is rectified, all the updates flow back to Jira Service Desk and the service desk agent is updated.
