Smart Checklists for Jira (Pro)

I have recently migrated from local server to the cloud instance of Jira and purchased Smart Checklists pro edition for mainstream use since October 2025. The functionality is excellent and the level of support provided by the supplier (TitanApps) is highly regarded - their support team are easy to communicate with offering one on one collaboration sessions at a time convenient to me. They clearly have in-depth knowledge of the product and offer a very high standard of support. They recently assisted resolution of a jira integration bug and oversaw changes I had to make. I rated the product out of 4 only because performance can sometimes be a little slow but apart from that I highly rate the product and it's usability coupled with an excellent support team.

I use Smart Checklist to keep up with repetitive tasks, like setting up new users, onboarding, offboarding, etc. It has made my job so much more organized. I had an issue where I had to reach out to their support department, and I was amazed at the level of support I received. Extremely helpful and stayed with me until the issue was resolved. I would recommend Smart Checklist for their support alone! Thanks very much.

I have been using smart checklist pro for over 5 years It is simple to use and has met our needs. We have not, until recently really used it in a more complex way. The thing I have found the MOST helpful is their support. Honestly every time I send an email requesting help, they answer within 2 business days and help me solve the issue. Sometimes the issues are not even their direct issues. For example I wanted a task to be transitioned through the workflow when a check list item was checked. using JIRA automations. I emailed support with my issue and tada they helped me make the jira automation!
