Smart Checklist is used by many of our teams in Jira for differing reasons. i.e. for definitions of done, instead of raising other linked issues or sub tasks, or just as reminders. Templates are useful too, and creating lists is very straight forward. Our teams are very happy with it. One small point, after just completing a migration from DC to cloud, Checklists were one of only 2 apps I could, or wanted to migrate. Generally it worked well, but for some reason, which is being looked into, some failed yet were not reported as such. However, all in all, we find it very useful and easy to use and there are no issues outside of a migration.

Simple and usefull tool. I'm using it not only for dev tasks, but for repetitive operations tasks (e.g. HR onboarding, support 2-3-4th line subtasks etc). Templates are pretty useful for this purpose. I faced some issue, however support team resolved all fast and with great attitude. I did not expect that from such a small product.
