Very helpful in making sure no steps are overlooked while going through otherwise lengthy processes like onboarding and offboarding. It’s also easy to check where we are in a process, share it with someone else or simply take a break and get back to it exactly where one left off. I wonder how could Jira miss it in the first place.

App isn't working for me. Initializes and never starts.

Simple but powerful. We are using it instead of QA add-ons and also instead of creating sub-tasks, as it is much easier to create many lines with markdown in SmartChecklist.
