    We really love using the Smart Checklist and use it for writing and tracking business requirements as well as tracking bugs found during testing. For us, and our workflow, it would be super amazing if we could Customize the available states. Or even if we had a "Test Ready" state (or QA Ready, Ready for QA, Ready for Test... you get the idea). If we had that, it would make it perfect for our needs.

    Hi, they are great features all over Smart checklist. But, I want to highlight how easy it was to use them and to go through the support material. However, for me the best seller is the stellar customer service when I needed help with a particular challenging use case. Thank you!

    It seems to us you are referring to the "glance view" - the default view for right panel add-ons on the new Jira Issue View. It is possible though to move Smart Checklist to the center panel and get your checklists content unfolded by default.     We'd really appreciate if you get back to us and confirm that we got your concern correctly. We want to make sure you got all the needed instructions for using Smart Checklist.

    Love the fact that you can use JMWE to add post functions that automatically update the checklist items. Addon looks good and functionality wise, has everything you need from a checklist. The formatting options to add headers etc. are amazing too! And absolutely love the support!

    Smart Checklist is exactly what we were looking for to work with lightweight tasks within Jira Tickets. Additionally the usage is very customizable, so the checklist items can have their own workflows, be assigned to people, and get due dates.

    Fantastic plugin - meets all of our checklist needs and more. Additionally, support is exceptional. We had an issue with checklist visibility after upgrading to v5.0. I emailed support and within hours they had sent over a fix. I would strongly recommend this plugin and vendor.

    I check all of the checklist plugins for server instances, and this is the powerful one. Here are my reasons: 1- Enterprises have lots of checklists in different departments. In other plugins, you need more administration efforts, and you need one new custom field or custom field context for each of the lists, but here you let project admins and users build their templates and populate them in issues. 2- Checklists are a utility for users and staff to break down their tasks with their way, It may be a subtask, important note, reminder, or anything else which lets them resolved tasks in a better way, and by this plugin they have this freedom to use it.

    After reviewing several checklist add-ons for Jira we chose Smart Checklist because it kept a full audit trail of changes in the issue history, and could be moved to the right side-bar, and had templates to use for our common processes. Support is great as well.

    I got fast response from the team and they helped me solved the problems I had. I see a great potential in this plugin to make easy mini documentation and checklist for Def of done and acceptance testing . The plugin can be combined with scriptrunner so it can be customized to solve your needs.

    Status update: Smart Checklist add-on was officially approved for Data Center support. Version 4.6.3 is available for downloading on the Atlassian Marketplace and can be used on Jira Data Center.

    The team was very responsive to our requests. The checklists are easy to use and add a great way to track sub-elements on a card and maintain or transfer lengthy documentation on detailed projects. Very useful add-on.

    How does cloud app pricing work?

    Cloud apps are sold as a monthly or annual subscription. You are eligible for support and automatic version updates as long as your subscription is active.

    When your subscription renews each month, you are automatically billed for apps based on the number of users in your instance.

    If app pricing changes after your initial purchase, there's a 60-day grandfathering period during which you can renew based on the old pricing.

    How do I determine my cloud pricing?

    Apps are billed based on the number of users in your Atlassian product. Jira Cloud apps are priced based on the maximum users of the Jira products on your instance. For example, if you have Jira Software (50 users) and Jira Service Management (10 agents) on the same instance, you pay the 50-user price for apps.Note: While this app has features specific to Jira Service Management, the app is technically available across the whole Jira instance. Therefore the above guidelines for licensing across maximum users still apply.

    The pricing structure for cloud apps is as follows:

    • Monthly subscriptions with up to 10 Atlassian product users are billed at a flat rate price.
    • Monthly subscriptions with more than 10 users are billed per user, starting at the first user.
    • Monthly subscriptions with more than 100 users are billed per user. The table above provides example pricing at various user levels.

    Annual subscriptions may offer a discount depending on the number of users purchased.

    Do you offer academic, community, or open-source licenses for cloud apps?

    Yes. Academic, community, and open source licenses are available to qualifying organizations. See our Purchasing & Licensing FAQ for more information.

    Can I extend my free trial?

    For cloud apps, you cannot extend your free evaluation period. All cloud apps are immediately subscribed by a user, and we provide a free evaluation period. This is a minimum of 30 days and ends on the second billing cycle after you first subscribe to the app.
