After the new navigation changes by Atlassian, the native queueing system is very cluttered and clumsy to click through. This is a must-have app to maintain a clean, orderly, and visually appealing queue for your agents. We love the cross-project queues because our agents operate out of multiple projects. Collapse neatly into groups or tiers. Bring tickets to where people are instead of having to bring people to their tickets. Fully customizable. Highly recommended. Wish List: - More than 10 notification-enabled queues - Solution and support for bulk editing
