Found the tool I have been looking for quite some time! Easy to use, perfectly integrated with Jira issues, bug-free and very intuitive. I was impressed by the support response time on questions! Good job!

Highly recommend Product Plan for Roadmapping in an Agile world. I love that I can build roadmaps based on product or initiative (or both) and that I can burn down my bars by tying them to the Jira epics. The tool is easy to use and the team provides excellent customer service.

ProductPlan use in our company has grown from a handful of licenses for a pocket product group to an enterprise wide tool. The tool is great, but it's really because they are far and away the best vendor I've ever worked with; very good customer service, always seeking feedback, and willing to [honestly] listen to me pontificate on my product management views.

ProductPlan is just the thing we were looking for when upgrading our roadmapping tool. It is extremely flexible and meets the variety of needs we had when looking for a new way to roadmap. The tool also continues to meet our needs as we scale and use it in new ways! The integration with JIRA is excellent and allows for simple tracking of tickets.

We used ProductPlan at our last company. Our aim to to make our roadmap more transparent to all our internal people, to stop the questions of 'what are you working on right now' and 'when is it going to be ready'. We integrated our productplan Roadmap into our internal site, and sent everyone to there. From there, anyone could click on the stories and find out more about the stories, see the tickets we were tracking and who exactly was the owner etc. Very helpful!

I'm a big believer in: "Make things as simple as possible, but not simpler". That's how I would describe my view of ProductPlan. As a product manager ,I don't like muddying up the ticketing system with roadmap-level work, only to have to get a spreadsheet (or PowerPoint) going to actually explain the roadmap outside of the ticketing/workflow tool. I think the engineers I work with appreciate this at well. ProductPlan let's me have the conversations that matter with all of my stakeholders. The nesting of initiatives prevents over simplification, while keep the high level view nice and clean. PP tries to do the roadmap thing well (avoiding other bells and whistles), and I appreciate that from a user standpoint. Having Jira, Confluence, and ProductPlan communicate, saves me a ton of time. I've worked in environments where only PDFed roadmaps were "shared". Live roadmaps are where its at, and being able to have something in Confluence that represents the most up to date understanding is critical.
