Advanced Microsoft Teams Connector for Jira

A simple yet effective app. We use the app's bot integration to send notifications about issue updates to Teams Channels. Usually, Teams integration apps send each notification as a separate conversation in the channel. MWF solution can group notifications so all notifications about an issue (including your team's messages) are under a single conversation. Makes the notification storm manageable. Priceless.

The app itself brings some advanced features beyond the official Atlassian apps, and that is a great value add. Our users are a fan and we have some users who primarily leverage MWF over the official apps. We just recently migrated from server to Cloud and the support team was very helpful, top-notch support.
