    I have to admit I never thought I would need Marker. For years, our team has used capture for JIRA until it stopped working. We started experiencing quite a few bugs and I knew we needed to find an alternative to capture for JIRA. For a while, we went back to the old manual process: Take a screenshot, open photoshop to add annotations, save the image, open JIRA, create an issue. When a coworker brought up Marker, we discovered it was the perfect alternative to capture for JIRA. The app is fast and their support team is highly responsive. Highly recommended.

    Working as QA tester, my job is to report bugs all day. My favorite feature is their bug reporting template which allows me to explain the “steps to reproduce”, the “actual result” and the "expected result” of a bug. Long story short, Marker cut the time of my workflow big time. Good stuff!

    I'm a huge fan of Marker because it reduces the friction between bug discovery and ticket creation. Marker does not only save me time, but it also makes sure that every bug that I find on my site gets logged -- no reason to have something fall through the cracks because I told myself I'll log it later.

    Marker is such an intuitive tool that I seriously don’t remember how it is like to work without it. As a Web Designer, a big part of my job is making sure that my designs are properly integrated by our front-end developers. When I see a visual glitch, a wrong typo or a broken link, I just snap a screenshot with Marker and create a JIRA issue in 1-click. I basically never log into jira. Our developers are less interrupted and they have all the data needed to solve the bugs.

    Our tech team always say: If it’s not a JIRA, it doesn’t exist. I run a web design and development agency and gathering feedback from client in one place has always been a big mess. Some like to call, some like to drop by while other prefer emails. Soon enough, the fine tuning of websites took almost as much time as the actual developing. Because we were uncomfortable asking client to fill out forms and creating issues in JIRA, we asked them to simply take screenshot with Marker to share their feedback with us. The interface is so intuitive that our clients love it. All screenshots are now converted into issues in JIRA where our team can easily process them. We’ve been a happy Marker customer for 8 months and we love it!
