The fluid setting is useless. The app could use ability to show all issues that are connected to the issue that is being viewed, or ability to show issues related to those that were returned in the filter. Not worth the $100 - $300/yr.

Really cool add-on. I was looking for something like that for quite a while. Requirements traceability doesn't make much sense without that kind of visualisation. One question: why not create links between epics and issues under those epics automatically? I have to do the epic-story linking twice to see the links on the chart.

It looks good. My first attempt to install did not succeed because was made via the market-place website and not the Jira add-ons manager. It would be nice to have more control on the visualization animations (remove the spring behavior, etc.).

This is a great app! Like Jacob i am very happy to have such a tool. However there are a few features and bug fixes that would make it even more awesome: - possibility to expand the entire link tree clicking one button - a kind of 'GANTT chart view', that would show the blocking relationships from left to right (right depending on left) could be very useful - the possibility to drag and drop one issue and keep other issues static would be great. - some issues overlap with each other, which can sometimes hide some of them. Still, I really like this tool. Thanks a lot!

A great app to visualize links between issues and it even generates link issue graphs based on JQL results. So far the app has been quite stable. The only thing lacking at the moment is that the app does not link epic to stories but they are working on it according to their roadmap.

In my opinion it quickly becomes unusable with more than 10 links. Also didn't like to see the big announcement that it was going to be updated in my issues's activity tabs, twice.

Great plugin, but missed sub-task support (doesn't show them at all). Would be nice to show them at the chart as well

Great idea, we wait for something like that! To really match our needs we would need the following features: - show issue summary in visualization, not only the key - possibility to visualize all issues in an epic (so no manual linking is necessary) and a filter to only show links of a certain type (epic issues or linked issues) - if possible, (static) visualization embeddable in the epic full text (or another way to include the visualization in the full content print view) Are there any plans to include those features? Thanks a lot!

    Hi Jakob,

Thank you for the review :)

ad.1 - it is already done ... but not yet released!

ad.2 - great idea - we have added this to our backlog.

ad.3 - adding this could be trick but we will think about it.

Just a reminder this add-on is free: our developers do it for fun and mostly in their free time - so we can not guarantee when this could be added.

Does not support key functionality required in a visualizer.

    Pricing FAQ

How does cloud app pricing work?

Cloud apps are sold as a monthly or annual subscription. You are eligible for support and automatic version updates as long as your subscription is active.

When your subscription renews each month, you are automatically billed for apps based on the number of users in your instance.

If app pricing changes after your initial purchase, there's a 60-day grandfathering period during which you can renew based on the old pricing.

How do I determine my cloud pricing?

Apps are billed based on the number of users in your Atlassian product. Jira Cloud apps are priced based on the maximum users of the Jira products on your instance. For example, if you have Jira Software (50 users) and Jira Service Desk (10 agents) on the same instance, you pay the 50-user price for apps.Note: While this app has features specific to Jira Service Desk, the app is technically available across the whole Jira instance. Therefore the above guidelines for licensing across maximum users still apply.

The pricing structure for cloud apps is as follows:

    • Monthly subscriptions with up to 10 Atlassian product users are billed at a flat rate price.
    • Monthly subscriptions with more than 10 users are billed per user, starting at the first user.
    • Monthly subscriptions with more than 100 users are billed per user. The table above provides example pricing at various user levels.

If you've opted for annual billing for your Atlassian product, apps are also billed annually at a discount (12 months for the price of 10).

Do you offer academic, community, or open-source licenses for cloud apps?

Academic, community and open source licenses are not available for cloud apps.

Can I extend my free trial?

For cloud apps, you cannot extend your free evaluation period. All cloud apps are immediately subscribed by a user, and we provide a free evaluation period. This is a minimum of 30 days and ends on the second billing cycle after you first subscribe to the app.

    Pricing FAQ

How does server app pricing work?

Server products and apps are hosted on your servers. This app is sold as a perpetual license, and the purchase price includes 12 months of maintenance (support and version updates).

You can renew maintenance after 12 months at 50% of the current purchase price. You can upgrade the tier of your Atlassian product and app licenses at any time. Upgrade prices are calculated based on Atlassian's formula (view example).

If app pricing changes after your initial purchase, there's a 60-day grandfathering period during which you can renew based on the old pricing.

How do I determine my server pricing?

Apps are billed based on the number of users in your Atlassian product. For Jira 7.0 or later, the app tier should match the maximum tier of the licensed Jira products on your instance. For example, if you're running Jira Software (500 users) and Jira Service Desk (25 agents) on the same instance, you should purchase the 500-user tier for apps. For versions of Jira prior to 7.0, the app tier should match the licensed user tier for Jira. Even if fewer users want to use the app than your Jira license, the two licenses should match exactly. Note: While this app has features specific to Jira Service Desk, the app is technically available across the whole Jira instance. Therefore the above guidelines for the license tier still apply.

How can I buy apps for my legacy Jira Server or Confluence Server license?

If you own a legacy Jira Server Unlimited (100+ users) or Confluence Server Unlimited (2000+ users) license purchased in 2012 or earlier, legacy app pricing is no longer available. You have two options for app purchasing:

    • Purchase the app at the non-legacy Unlimited (10000+ users) tier.
    • Renew your Jira or Confluence license at a non-legacy tier, then purchase the app at the same tier.
