How do I disable/manage the option to hide tooltips on Jira issue screens? Version 3.1.1 for DC In the latest version of the "Navigator" plugin, this feature is enabled by default. I don't need it. I want to disable it completely or, ideally, configure it for specific screens or projects.

Quite useful especially when a company has so many JIRA projects and several teams. i helps improve the end-users experience and reduces the chances of having issues created on the wrong project.
