Issue Forms for Confluence

This is a very useful app e.g. for large centralized Jira/Confluence instances, where Jira projects do not get project specific issue create screens. With this app projects can use the full flexibility of confluence to create their own issue create forms, for example using just a subset of fields, providing help content, pre-filled entries and a lot more. Also the support is great. Fast response times and very helpful. Even enhancements suggestions like the integration with other add-ons are implemented if possible. This is a large benefit as some Jira fields may be based on other add-ons.

This is an utterly stellar add-on. This lets us largely keep the people that don't "live" in JIRA away from JIRA but also lets them create issues in JIRA. Moreover, since the capture is in Confluence, we can create forms that make the issue with the issue type we want without casual users not paying attention to the project and issue type that pops up when they click the create button. Even better, we can make nice, friendly Confluence pages with instructions for the issue being created along with as much verbosity around each field's requirements as we want. Beyond just the sheer usefulness of this plugin (which is being gobbled up by more and more projects, both business and technical) the vendor is EXTREMELY responsive an cares that we have a good experience.

Great add-on. Very helpful to shelter non-technical users from JIRA. Perfectly enables users to enter JIRA issues in Confluence and pushed automatically over to JIRA.
